Unlike just another Sunday, that day was a game changer. It held the capacity to make or break everything between two individuals. They were young, capable, they thought they were in love.

A lot had happened in the last 10 months. They hardly realized that they were poles apart, their world was mutually exclusive, their dreams were not at all in sync; yet they were working, breathing and envisioning a common goal. It was for them to be together for life.

None of them wanted to hurt their families. They wished for peace. Hardly did they realize that it was just the beginning, and nothing yet everything was about to change. Did they ever wonder how would they match their horizons? Did they even think what would happen if everything did not go according to their wishes? Were they ready for repercussions of one more heartbreak and would they ever agree to live apart? They were broken already, they were hurt already. They had an option to be the societal accepted cliche, but they could not disgust the thought of not trying.

The time had come, they had rehearsed it well. She was sitting holding her breath, with her eyes still on window panes. He was counting his heartbeat, and entered her home. She let him in. The courage and commitment said it was going to be all good. Rest what happened changed their lives forever, YES, everyone agreed!

Within a span of two months all their dreams and wishes merged together. They got what they wanted for life. They were together to be. They thought being together was a destination. Little did they know that it was the easiest step so far. Their journey of a controversial relationship had turned into a marriage. Now suddenly the society approved of them being together, but it was just the beginning of the unthought, unanswered and unwitted reality, they just stepped into. Here, all the perspectives of everyone around them changed, forever. Even though they were still themselves, their identity now was subject to everyone’s opinion and judgement. Their real test of love then began…
